The Hastings Weekend
May Day Bank Holiday 2008
The Royal Victoria Hotel

is set right on the Sea Front. It has 53 rooms, all individual and the weekend can start, for those who want to make a real break, from the Thursday right through until Monday, or even longer. We have been promised the exclusive use of the Hotel from Friday until Monday.
A coach trip, is planned to visit Penhurst Place and Gardens, where every May Day Bank Holiday there is also a craft fair. There will be a Dinner Dance on the Saturday Evening, but to give the chefs a chance, we will have a special menu chosen in advance.
In the Sea Terrace Restaurant, located on the first floor, you are able to enjoy a selection of traditional and international cuisine each dinner whilst enjoying the spectacular views across the channel. A wine list featuring wines from around the world will complement your meal. A speciality of the Royal Victoria is the traditional Sunday Lunch Carvery featuring Chefs Roasts and selection of homemade Sweets.
The Piano Lounge and Bar are also situated on the first floor at the top of the grand marble staircase with its 20ft high mirror. Here you are able to enjoy a selection of bar snacks in comfort or an after dinner drink in relaxing atmosphere taking in the splendid views.

The cost of this superb weekend will be an all exclusive £150 per person for the full weekend, plus £55 for the extra nights. The coach trip will be extra, but the price has not yet been calculated All couples booking for 3 days will be guaranteed a suite, that is Bedroom, Bathroom and Lounge. Singles booking with get a standard Double or Twin bedded room, but all the standard rooms have Armchairs, dressing tables, and double wardrobes. Some rooms have a sea view, you will hear the sea and the birds to wake you up. The rest of the rooms at the back of the hotel, look out on to the Masonic Hall, but the rooms are very quiet, despite being at the back.
Car parking is all around the perimeter of the hotel and is safe.

The Harrogate Summer Weekend
1st to 3rd August 2008
This is similar to the usual Social Weekends that we normally do, with a Gala Dinner and Cabaret plus Dancing, on the Saturday.
The Hotel itself, The Cairn Hotel, is situated near the heart of Harrogate's Georgian part of the City. Just a stones throw from the shopping center, and Municipal Parks. The Hotel, has an Ample Car parking for over 100 cars.
A must for any visitor is Betty's Tea Shoppe, where an Afternoon Tea is to go back in time, and enjoy the pleasure of Good Food, Good taste, and the most courteous of service.
Visit the Municipal Gardens, just a 10 minuet walk, from the hotel and listen to the Band in the Band Stand, on Sundays.
Spend a Day in York, with all it's historical atmosphere or modern shopping and not forgetting more museums than you can throw a stone at.
Old Mother Shiptons Caves, just 20 minuets by car, or take a drive over the Yorkshire moors.
So many places to visit and too see.
All rooms en-suit, the hotel has 135 rooms so it will not be exclusively booked to us.
This Weekend is already proving to be very popular so it will be 1st come 1st served, with a deposit needed to secure booking.
Monthly standing orders can be accommodated, through the Harrogate Weekend account, at no extra costs.

The cost of this weekend is just £130 per person, Friday until Sunday. Dinner, Bed & Breakfast, with a Gala Dinner and Cabaret on the Saturday.
For those who would like to try an extra night, or a couple of extra nights, at only £50 per person per night, again Dinner, Bed & Breakfast, for the Thursday and Sunday nights. Where else can you get such high class service at such an attractive price.

The Rotherham Weekend

This Premier Weekend of the year will be held as usual on the TBA at the Courtyard Hotel just to the south east of Sheffield and, near Rotherham and there are surrounding attractions. The hotel is modern and well equipped, complete with sauna and swimming pool.
The price for the full weekend is £ 145 per person and for a single booking there is an added supplement of £ 15.
For those wishing to start the weekend on Thursday, there is an extra cost of £ 63 per person and to stay an extra on Sunday is £ 53 per person.
A deposit of £ 30 per person is required and cheques should be made in favour of CONFERENCE WEEKEND.
